Online transactions at the REA website are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the membership form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. If you prefer to mail a check with your application or send your credit card information via a mailed application, a PDF of the application is available.

There are two membership categories – Regular and Associate.
Regular members are individuals serving in or retired from a Reserve component of the United States Armed Forces in an enlisted status. Regular members are entitled to vote, hold office, and serve on the Board of Directors. Membership dues are based on an individual’s grade and a 1, 3, and 5 year membership will be offered. The dues are as follows

Associate members are individuals who have an interest in the purposes of the Association but do not qualify for Regular membership. They include former enlisted service members of a Reserve Component, enlisted service members serving or who have served in the United States Armed, and a commissioned or warrant officer serving or having served in a Reserve component of the United Sates Armed Forces who had prior enlisted status. The annual membership fee is $40/yr. A 3-year membership is $100 and a 5-year membership is $160. Associate members are entitled to vote but are not eligible to hold office.
